We are very ORGANIZED, and it's possible to perform many tasks EFFICIENTLY, such as doing paperwork, posting ads, getting keys to apartments, etc. Generous Bonus Structure. Each month has it's own bonus structure. If you rent a certain number of apartments, you reach the first bonus. Rent a few more, and you reach a higher bonus. This can really add up.

Customers value our service because we drive them around, and in one fell-swoop can show them several apartments owned by several different landlords. Just work hard and be nice to everyone you come across, and you'll do fine.
